Solomon Freeman requested the Opinion of Senate, whether he is entitled to a Seat at the Board, and it appearing from the returns of the Towns in the County of Barnstable, that the whole number of Votes for a Senator for that County were 908 of which 445 (sic) make a Choice, and that the Hon. Therefore Ordered that he be considered as entitled to a seat at this Board, until the objections offered against his Election in a memorial from sundy inhabitants of the County of Barnstable shall be decided on."
