Notes:
[1]Elected.
[2]On the Original Election tally sheet the Total Vote for Jonas Kendall is listed as 1507, while the annotation reports: "Whole number of votes 2330. Make a choice 1166. Hon. Jonas Kendall has 1479 and is chosen."
[3]The Precept notices sent to towns prior to elections, mistakenly placed the town of Paxton in the Worcester North District, when according to State Statue it belonged in Worcester South District. The votes given in Paxton as reported in their Town Records were for candidates in the Worcester North District. Jonas Kendall 26 votes and Edmund Cushing 11 votes. Because of this mix up, the votes in Paxton were not counted in either district.
