[2]In Burlington County, a Union Ticket composed of members of both parties was run in opposition to a straight Federalist ticket. Caleb Newbold, a Federalist, was the candidate for Council on both of these tickets. The approximate vote cast for him by the Union ticket was 1417 and from the Federalist ticket it was 1230.
