Van Gaasbeek, Jr., 512 votes for Frederick Wesibrook and 369 votes for Johannis T. Jansen, but an addition of the totals of the several towns gives the above totals.

However, Van Gaasbeek does not appear to have contested the election of Schuneman and Schuneman served in the Assembly in 1798-99.
