[3]Jonathan Richmond and Caleb Baker were the candidates in District 20. Benjamin Elliot had been elected in this district in 1816. Nathaniel W. Howell and Samuel M. Hopkins were the Federal candidates in 1812.

[5]Nathaniel Allen received 4 votes as Nathan Allen.
[6]The Official State Wide Canvass lists four votes for Elias Osborne while there are only three in the town totals.
[7]Votes for Charles G. Olmsted were not included in the Official State Wide Canvass. It is unclear why this was the case.
