[3]From 1812 to 1814, Bradford County was split into two Assembly districts. Three townships voted with Lycoming and Tioga Counties, while the remaining districts of Bradford County voted with Luzerne and Susquehanna Counties.
[4]Bradford County was created in 1810 from Luzerne and Lycoming Counties but some parts of Bradford continued to vote with Luzerne in this election.
[5]Susquehanna County was formed in October 1812 from Luzerne County but some parts of Susquehanna continued to vote with Luzerne in this election.
