In the afternoon, the two houses again met in Convention, for the purpose of choosing from the Senators, NINE COUNSELLORS, to advise the Governor in the Executive part of government. The Committee raised for the purpose reported, that the whole number of votes was 171--86 making a choice ... The Hon. Messrs. STOROR, HUNT, MARSH and TAFT, having declined accepting seats at the Council Board; the two Houses again assembled yesterday, to supply the vacancies occasioned thereby; when the Hon.
