Notes:
[1]Isaac Zane was elected from Shenandoah County to the House of Delegates for the years 1788 - 1795 (he died in 1795). Shenandoah County would become one of the most Republican (Jeffersonian) counties in Virginia. He was most likely an Anti-federalist in 1788, but the newspapers did not apply that distinction to him when reporting the returns.
