[4]The Committee on Privileges and Elections found that two bad votes were cast at this election. Since there was only a difference of one vote between the candidates Green and Huggins, a new election was ordered on December 20, 1820. Charles Huggins is elected in a subsequent election, and qualified on November 28, 1821.
