[3]The Committee Report on Contested Elections lists 60 votes for John Graham.
[4]The Committee on Privileges and Elections found that there were two bad votes given in this election. Since there was only a one-vote difference between the candidates, a new election was ordered on December 20, 1820. Samuel R. Mouzon was elected in the subsequent election.
