[2]"After counting the votes of the Senate Box there was one hundred and two Votes in favour of William Davidson, and one hundred Votes in favour of Robert Love and two of said Votes did read Robert Senate which the Judges of Said Election aded to the poll of Love. Which made Said Love one hundred votes- When counting the tickets from out of the Commons Box there was three Senator tickets found in Said Box in favour of Robert Love and by Order of Said Judges those tickets were added to the poll of said Robert Love whose poll then Counted one hundred and three."
