[4]The Maryland Herald and the Telegraph and Daily Advertiser list 612 votes for John Tyler and Frisby Tilghman. John Tyler only received 611 votes. The breakdown of votes by districtas lists in the Maryland Herald and The Telegraph is only shown for Frisby Tilghman as John Tylor polled one less vote.
