[4]"At a meeting of the Freeholders and other Inhabitants of the town of Boston duly qualified and legally warned in public Town meeting assembled at Faneuil Hall on Thursday the twelfth day of May Anno Domini 1803 at 10 o'clock AM.--... On motion, the Inhabitants were directed to bring in their votes for three Selectmen, and half past eleven o'clock assigned for closing the Poll.
