The counties voting in the 3rd or Mero District were:Davidson, Rutherford, and Williamson together; Dickson and Robertson together; Jackson, Smith, Sumner, and Wilson together, and Montogomery and Stewart together. These were the first set of electon returns transcribed and hand written by the Tennessee State Archives.
