[2]"From Annapolis, Extract to the Editor of the Baltimore Patriot and Mercantile Advertiser (Baltimore, MD)., dated Annapolis, Dec. 7. Today, both houses went into the election of U.S. Senator. Mr. William Pinkney being put in nomination, was unanimously elected by the joint ballot; every member here voted, amounting to eighty two, and he had every vote."
