Notes:

[1]Elected.
[2]The Precept notices sent to towns prior to elections mistakenly placed the town of Paxton in the Worcester North District, when according to State Statue it belonged in Worcester South District. The votes given in Paxton, as reported in their Town Records. were for candidates in the Worcester North District. Jonas Kendall 26 votes and Edmund Cushing 11 votes. Because of this mix up, the votes in Paxton were not counted in either district.
[3]The votes from Paxton were not included in the Original Election Returns.
[4]There were no votes recorded in Ward.
