[11]This result differs slightly from other accounts, which do not mention the names or votes of the Republican candidates and the Columbian Centinel June 3rd and June 7th and the Hampshire Gazette June 6th list Thomas Greenleaf with 108 votes. The Essex Register commenting on those elected, stated "They had 111 votes out of 169."
