[1]"That the whole number of votes in the county of Rockingham, is four thousand and nine, of which two thousand and five constitute a choice. That Joseph Blanchard, Esquire, has nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, Levi Bartlett, Esquire, nineteen hundred and sixteen, being the two highest numbers."
