[3]Numerous sources list Benjamin Burd with 2021 total votes, which includes 654 votes in Huntingdon County. The individual vote totals from Huntingdon County, however, add up to 653 votes for Burd.
[4]"Bedford County...Benjamin Burd, the federal opponent of Mr. Blocher, had a majority of 18 votes in this county--but as Huntingdon will no doubt give Mr. Blocher a majority, his election may be considered as certain." The Commonwealth (Pittsburgh, PA). October 21, 1807.
