We will give their reason by stating a fact which occurred in Penn TownshiThree Federalists came up to vote, being furnished with complete federal tickets, wanting however the Assembly, which they asked from an Old Schoolman who handed them three of their tickets. Upon opening them one of the Federalists asked "Do you run Boyer for Senator?" "Yes" was the answer.
