Notes:
[1]Elected.
[2]Elected.
[3]The Western Star lists John Bigger's vote total as 823, though the township totals add up to 769.
[4]The 108 votes for George Kesling were accidentally reported as being for George Harlan, who was not a candidate (Aaron Harlond was a candidate for Commissioner). William Blair, clerk of Clear Creek township sent in a certificate that stated "I hereby certify that at the election held in Clear creek township on Tuesday last, George Kesling had 108 votes for Representative to the state legislature which by mistake in me in writing the certificate in the poll book returned to clerk's office were stated to have been given to George Harlan." George Kesling was seated in the House of Representatives when it convened in December.
