[78]The Courier of New Hampshire (Concord, NH) initially lists Timothy Walker with 139 votes and no votes for John T. Gilman but amends this to 46 votes for John T. Gilman and 48 votes for Timothy Walker. No other New Hampshire paper lists these results, with the Farmer's Museum, or Lay Preacher's Gazette (Walpole, NH), Village Messenger (Amherst, NH), The United States Oracle of the Day (Portsmouth, NH), The New Hampshire Gazette (Portsmouth, NH), New-hampshire Sentinel (Keene, NH), Dartmouth Gazette (Hanover, NH) and Republican Gazette (Concord, NH) listing the 139 votes for Walker and none for Gilman. However, as in 1800, the results in Moultonborough were 42 for Gilman and 60 for Walker and in 1802 they would be 45 for Gilman and 34 for Republican candidate John Langdon, the 46 to 48 result is the likely correct result.
[79]The United States Oracle of the Day (Portsmouth, NH) reports 75 votes for John T. Gilman in New Hampton.
[80]The Village Messenger (Amherst, NH), March 21, reports 78 votes for John T. Gilman in New Hampton.
[81]The Farmer's Museum, or Lay Preacher's Gazette (Walpole, NH) and Village Messenger (Amherst, NH) list John T. Gilman with 61 votes.
[82]The History of the Town of Rochester lists John T. Gilman with 62 votes and Timothy Walker with 278 votes.
[83]The Farmer's Museum, or Lay Preacher's Gazette (Walpole, NH), Village Messenger (Amherst, NH), The New Hampshire Gazette (Portsmouth, NH), New-hampshire Sentinel (Keene, NH) and Republican Gazette (Concord, NH) list John T. Gilman with 51 votes and Timothy Walker with 40 votes.
[84]The United States Oracle of the Day (Portsmouth, NH), March 21, reports 37 votes for John T. Gilman in Wolfeboro.
[85]The Republican Ledger (Portsmouth, NH), March 17, reports 27 votes for John T. Gilman and 120 votes for Timothy Walker in Wolfeboro.
