[3]"March Meeting - At the adjourned meeting on Tuesday, the poll was opened at 10 o'clock for a Register of Deeds for the County, and closed at half past 11. The whole number of votes given was 2860, of which 1605 were for Mr. Henry Alline. Mr. Alline had also a large majority of the votes in Chelsea, and he is chosen."
