[5]This election was contested by Robert Conway, and was declared null and void on December 13, 1808, because the managers had improperly conducted the election.
[6]A new election for this county took place, in which Thomas Rothmahler Mitchell was elected, and qualified on November 28, 1809, and William Henry Grice was reelected, and qualified on November 29, 1809.
