[4]"There was also received this day returns of elections held at the house of the Widow Stackpole, for the township of Lack, and of an election for Greenwood township, in this county, held at the house of Henry McConnol. The legality of holding elections at these places being disputed by part of the Judges, the law for authorising said elections not being present, we have thought proper to forward to your Honorable Body a statement of the election, both with and without the returns of these townships of Lack and Greenwood."
