States, for six years from the 3rd of March next.-- The ballotings have taken place as follows: On the 14th of December, 3 ballots; on the 17th, 5; on the 18th, 2; on the 17th January, 4; on the 31st, 4; on the 14th February, 12; and on the 18th, 5."
