Notes:

[1]Elected.
[2]A special election to fill a seat vacated by Samuel D. Ingham (resigned) in the 6th congressional district was held at the same time as the regular election. Samuel Moore ran in both the regular and special elections. Because Moore won the special election, Thomas J. Rogers was awarded this seat. Moore took his seat immediately, while Rogers did not take his seat until the next session of Congress convened, most likely sometime in 1819.
[3]The Original Election Returns list 4441 votes for Thomas J. Rogers but the county totals add up to 4461.
[4]The Easton Centinel (Easton, PA) and the Pennsylvania Correspondent list 1121 votes for Samuel More and 1054 votes for Thomas J. Rogers.
