[6]Jacob Newhart was listed as Peter Newhart in The True American and Commercial Advertiser (Philadelphia, PA)
[7]There appears to be a typsetting error in the listed totals for Philip Sellers in Lehigh County. The Der unabhangige Republikaner und Lecha County Freyheits Freund (Allentown, PA) from October 23 lists the correct county total of 1134 total votes, but the reported totals from the townships and populated places add up to only 1044 total votes. Because all other reported totals are accurate, it appears this is just a discrepancy for this one candidate.
[8]The Der unabhangige Republikaner und Lecha County Freyheits Freund (Allentown, PA) from October 23 lists the vote total for Abraham Rinker as 720. However, the individual vote totals published for the county add up to the correct total of 701 total votes and so the mistakenly published 720 is assumed to be a typesetting error.
