[14]In the votes for Benjamin Smith, in the town of Saratoga, there appears to be several typesetting problems. The vote is too high and was probably 121. Also, it looks to be too low in Milton, it appears that the last numbers of his votes in Halfmoon and Milton may have been reversed [226 and 120, being 220 and 126], all of which make his total 1446, being one off from the Official Canvass.
[15]There were also several total differences in Saratoga County with the Official Canvass, where David Allen receives 1082 votes, Guert Van Schoonhaven receives 1492 votes and Ezra C. Gross receives 1460 votes.
