Notes:

[1]Elected.
[2]"In our list of Sheriffs we last week committed a mistake, which we take the first opportunity of correcting. John Buck, esq. was given as Sheriff of Cumberland instead of Col. William Rose, who was elected. We had not, when we made the mistake, heard from Cumberland, but supposed that as Mr. Buck had served but two years he had been elected the third of course. The truth, however, is, that Mr. Buck declined a re-election, and Col. Rose was chosed in his place." The True American (Trenton, NJ). October 29, 1810.
[3]The following names were included on the original election return, but received zero votes: Samuel Seeley.
