Notes:

[1]Elected.
[2]The Congressional election was directly influenced by that for State Senate at least in Huntington and Mifflin counties, where a well know Federalist was running against a Republican. So since the Federalists were running a candidate for State Senate, their votes were split between the various candidates for Congress. In Centre County it seems the Federalist voted for John Brown, while in Huntington for Robert Allison and in Mifflin, for Robert Allison and John Mitchell.
[3]The Juanita Gazette lists John Brown with 586 votes but this is most likely a typesetting error, as it has the correct district total of 2644.
[4]The Bradford Settler (Towanda, PA) and Lancaster Journal (Lancaster, PA) list John Brown with 1547 votes.
